Are You Ready for a Capital Campaign?

Your nonprofit may need a new building, more scholarships, or a larger endowment, but are you—and your donors—ready for a capital campaign? Winkler Group Principal Jim Bush and Senior Consultant Courtenay Fain will share metrics that help evaluate campaign readiness as well as tips to increase readiness.

Whether or not a campaign is in your five-year future, Jim and Courtenay will share lessons that will strengthen any development shop.  They’ll cover new ways to increase board involvement in fundraising, the importance of moves management, strengthening annual giving and major gifts, and what to do now to get ready for a campaign down the road.
